In Reflections 18 (March 2011) Ludwig Heuse related his discovery that the Château du Four is the original ‘ Château de Graçay’ as described in C S Forester’s novels Flying Colours (1938) and Lord Hornblower (1946). The events in the former, took place in 1810/1811
